What are the disadvantages? The main disadvantage to lace front wigs is the cost. They are very expensive, ranging in price from 400 to several thousand dollars. In addition, they do not last very long. Lace is a very delicate material and these wigs can be torn very easily. However, with proper care, they will usually last last for several months.
It seems that lace front wigs are a good option for those who wish to cover thinning hair. However, nothing is perfect and you should carefully consider all of your options before making the investment.
